As a key player in this revolution, you'll work closely with engineers across departments to prioritize and implement reliability improvements. This includes collaborating on high-level designs for new products and platforms, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to code reviews to enhance reliability.

Our Site Reliability Engineering team operates at the intersection of technology and play, driving deployments that meet stringent quality standards. You'll have ownership over production, focusing on code quality and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions around improvements in Reliability and Scalability
  • Design High Level Designs for new products and platforms
  • Mentor junior engineers and enable them for success
  • Respond to incidents and facilitate post-mortem activities within your assigned service team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize reliability enhancements
  • Develop code to improve reliability
  • Implement automation to reduce ongoing maintenance tasks
