About the Role

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in the world of iconic Australian fashion? Gorman, renowned for bold prints and vibrant colour palettes, seeks a passionate and creative Store Manager for our Cairns Central Store. Working full-time from Tuesday – Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

Responsibilities

- Provide advice and offer styling recommendations to customers
- Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team
- Create visually appealing store displays
- Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

- Management experience in retail with stories of success
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Loves fashion and styling
- A strong leader with excellent organisational skills and training abilities
- Motivational and has initiative and adaptability
