Days/Hours:
Tuesdays and Fridays | 8:30am – 5:00pm
In this role, you will be the first point of contact at the front desk, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail (both electronic and postal)
- Coordinating client appointments and follow-ups
- Preparing meeting rooms and materials as required
- Updating and maintaining records in industry-specific software (training provided)
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as needed
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a reputable local firm. To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
- Clear and articulate communication skills (both verbal and written), with a warm and professional manner
- Previous experience in reception and/or administration
- A team-oriented attitude with a strong client service focus
- Confidence in learning new technology, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate keyboarding skills and excellent attention to detail
- Availability to start as soon as possible
