**Oriental Merchant** is a leading importer and distributor of authentic Asian groceries, supplying supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths, independent grocery stores) with brands (such as ABC, Lee Kum Kee, Valcom, Yeo's) that are familiar throughout the Asia Pacific. If you are looking for a commercial support role where you can use a broad range of skills and your creativity to make a real difference to a great business, then this could be the perfect opportunity.
- Handle enquiries form sales team and provide ongoing support
- Liaise between sales team with other departments (operation, IT, accounts, marketing, procurement, QA and legal)
- Maintain and update sales team’s call cycle and any special arrangement
- Update sales team on new products and promotions
- Assist different Channels in Sales Department to process forecast on annual and ad hoc basic
- Perform stock and deals management
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to Multi-task and ability to prioritise
