We are looking for an aspiring successful leader with a love for all things that shine and sparkle to join our Goldmark Ipswich team. You will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager to manage a successful business and train your Team Members to become superstars in retail.

**You will have**:

- A love for customer service and ability to contribute to the success of the store management and operations
- Experience supervising and inspiring a high performing team to achieve strong results
- A passion, love and interest for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watch brands
- Strong selling background with a track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs

**You will be responsible for**:

- Influencing, inspiring and coaching Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers
- Leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies in store
- Assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store
