About the Role
- Provide professional leadership and responsibility for development of VAD clinical practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Demonstrate high-level clinical leadership and mentoring support to less experienced clinicians to problem solve urgent and emergent complex clinical issues.
- Act as a clinical reference point for within the QVAD Support Service and external stakeholders.
