Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.

Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About this team
The APAC Technology Operations & Services team is located across the region with hubs in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo & Taipei. We are the voice that links the regional and local business needs with the Global Technology roadmap.

**A day in the life**:
The APAC Technology team manages diverse markets with difference cultures and practices. You will be amazed for the diversity and inclusions working as an International team.

All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:

- Supporting current strategies and portfolios of work
- Working with cross-functional partners to gain alignment on strategic projects
- Supporting in the day-to-day management of building out solutions for key projects and/or programs
- Participating in meetings and conversations pertaining to key areas of your work
