Our client is a thriving, global HR consultancy specialising in leadership development, change, employee engagement, executive coaching, and career transition with over 20 years of experience, holding unshakeable business relationships. To foster their business relationship growth and development, they are offering a unique opportunity for a business-oriented graduate to build a future within their team as a Business Development Associate.

**Key responsibilities - Business Development Associate**
In this Business Development Associate job, your responsibilities will include:

- You will play a crucial role in the sales team, whilst working closely with the marketing team to bring exciting strategies to market
- Set up introductory meetings via telephone; coordinate calendars with different time zones, and send out calendar invites
- Accurately conclude lead qualifications based upon established criteria
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
- Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce)

**Job requirements - Business Development Associate**
- A relevant Bachelor level qualification (completed or close to completion)
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Determination and drive to hit targets and continuously improve
- The ability to plan your workload and organise your activities to deliver outcomes
- A high level of technological competence
- The desire to implement strategic directions and ‘get things done’
- Maintain high standards of presentation, both personally and in your work delivery
- Always be a team player, remaining flexible and supportive of the team
- Experience with SalesForce is a plus but not essential
