As a Robot Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining robotic machinery. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate robotic machinery, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Manage on the line raw materials to meet work order requirement, ensuring seamless production flow.
- Record and report production data accurately.
- Always adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
- Set up machines, load raw materials, and safely operate packaging and labelling processes.
- Batch products according to the production schedule, meeting all quality specifications and promptly reporting any out-of-spec materials or batches.
- Maintain clear communication and regular contact with supervisors, production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a focus on heavy manufacturing.
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting, up to 20kg, as part of the job.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with working with robotic sequences and proficiency in using HMI.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Previous machine operating experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be available for work on all five working days of the week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
