About the Client
A leading provider of sustainable waste management, recycling, and industrial services across Australia is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Plant Operators to join their team at the Artarmon facility.

About the Role
WorkPac is seeking skilled Plant Operators to join our client's team at the Artarmon facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating a variety of earthmoving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts, to efficiently manage waste materials. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring proper load placement for effective waste spreading, adhering to company and regulatory requirements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Operating earthmoving equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts.

Informing and assisting drivers and members of the public on proper load placement for effective waste spreading.

Excavating and loading various types of dry waste, including metal, wood, and general rubbish, in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Operating vehicles and equipment according to established procedures and safety regulations.

Assisting with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Upholding a professional image and consistently delivering high-quality customer service.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
Previous experience operating plant machinery, preferably in a waste management or industrial setting.

Must have Excavator, roller, and forklift tickets.

Must have Australian driver's licence.

Ability to understand and follow operational procedures and safety protocols.

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
