**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Tech Services & Compliance Administrator to join our team based at our Rocklea Depot. Reporting into the Administration Manager of Equipment & Maintenance you will be responsible for overseeing documentation, maintaining compliance records, and supporting our commitment to safety and Regulatory standards.

**Tasks & Responcibilities**
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant national and state-level regulations, including but not limited to, road safety, vehicle standards, and load limits.
- Maintain, organize, and update all documents related to vehicle inspections, permits, licenses, and compliance certificates.
- Provide guidance and training to fleet and Maintenance personnel on compliance requirements and safety procedures.
- Generate reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance to regulatory authorities as needed.
- Assist with regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction while maintaining compliance standards.
- To understand the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme which we as a business are governed by.
- To understand the Performance Based Standards (PBS) for any related requests enquires.
- Assist with other duties determined by the Administration Manager

**Skills & Experience**
- Business and report writing skills
- Strong compliance orientation and related skills
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and Procedures
- Troubleshooting
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs and Maintenance Systems
- Must have a strong safety culture
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant OH&S requirements
