An initial 9 month contract within a high profile Australian Brand for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager. You who will be responsible for defining, developing and managing the implementation of multi-channel digital campaigns and always on programs across digital platforms, with a focus on personalisation and automation. Working in partnership with marketing and product stakeholders, the role requires a strategic approach to digital marketing with the proven ability to define and create connected digital programs and data led experiences which drive awareness, acquisition, usage, retention and revenue to achieve commercial outcomes for the enterprise

The role will draw on deep knowledge and experience in the end-to-end digital production process, from initial concept definition through to implementation using design thinking and agile delivery methods to achieve strategy, customer and financial targets and to define and implement future programs utilising learnings and insights to consistently improve outcomes.

**About the Role**:
Lead the design and development of digital Engagement programs working in partnership with the commercial services studio, design, delivery and analytics teams along with key business stakeholders across the enterprise to validate and execute digital Engagement programs

You are a trusted advisor across teams and the business on how digital GTM experience do/could manifest throughout digital and data channels and be the central point of contact for digital GTM activity

Support the creation of a 12-month and quarterly digital plan that builds relationships across all customer segments

Development of aligned marketing and content calendar for promotional placements (including homepage, business, online shop and collectables)

Provide end to end project management of campaigns to deliver against agreed objectives (managing briefing, campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting)

Monitor and review performance data to uncover opportunities, track performance and drive future decision making and campaign planning

**To be Successful**:
Ideally 5+ years of experience, in digital and/or direct marketing roles (corporate or combination of agency and corporate): must have extensive experience in integrated campaign strategy planning

Strong experience of collaborating within a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group in order to realise commercial outcomes

Automated marketing and digital marketing campaigns (B2B and/or B2C) having successfully developed end to end lifecycle programs for customers - onboarding, nurture, retention & win back

Digital Marketing including knowledge of industry, market trends and competitive landscape

Working knowledge of technical, legislative, contractual and compliance obligations affecting both digital and data channels and the market

Highly developed knowledge of the digital ecosystem and CRM strategies with experience using top tier marketing automation platform eg SFMC, Adobe campaign, Marketo

Passionate about data and data driven communications
