**Manager Technology Operations - Digital Records, Transcripts and Video Monitoring**
- 1 X Temporary position is available
- Location: Parramatta** **Flexible/hybrid work option
- Salary $139,787- $161,663+ Super and annual leave loading (Clerk Grade 11/12)

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the delivery of high-quality ICT services across the organisation, including the management of Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident resolution and request fulfilment
- Provide leadership and facilitate ongoing analysis and review of ICT service delivery associated with the operation and improvement of services and infrastructure used by CTSD. This includes the investigation of all breaches of availability targets and the instigation of remedial activities and improvement of service provision.
- Support the transition of new systems, technologies and services that deliver secure, innovative and flexible ICT solutions that achieve business requirements
- Actively engage with Solution Design and Project Managers, brokering agreement on the service acceptance criteria to promote awareness and compliance with service transition quality plans and processes
- Maintain a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment, monitor vendor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure contract renewals are executed in a timely manner
- Manage risks and audit recommendations, including the identification, planning and management of new risks and the ongoing review and actioning of audit findings to eliminate or mitigate areas of noncompliance.
- Monitor and manage expenditure, examining any areas where actual financial outcomes (cost and/or revenue) deviate from their expected results and/or agreed tolerances/variations, to ensure that relevant Cost and Revenue targets are met
- As required, lead Situation Management and participate in Crisis Management activities in Business Continuity events, serving as a point of escalation for ICT Operations support staff

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working in a Corporate Services or Shared Services environment.
- Strong communication skills and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior managers and executives.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- This role may require participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients or maintenance activities outside normal business hours.
- A valid driver’s license may be required to travel to and from the Data Centre and on-site client support.
