**About you**
As our
**_International Member Engagement Coordinator_**, you will bring solid experience in relationship management strategy and implementation. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with a strong background in analytical and problem-solving skills. To thrive in this role you will show initiative, creativity, and drive.

You will also demonstrate:

- Ability to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across all levels and various cultural backgrounds
- Experience in managing operations such as budgets, invoicing and expenses, liaising with vendors and dealing with executing legal agreements preferred
- Ability to manage competing demands, use initiative, work well under pressure and meet deadlines in an organized and efficient manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles
- Evidence of having shown initiative, creativity, and drive

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the
**_Head of Marketing & Commercial, _**you will facilitate the execution of international projects and initiatives with a collaborative, hands on solution-based approach. You will identify and implement opportunities to improve partnership communications and collaborative activities and be the key contact to organising and coordinating the hosting of international delegation visits to RACGP and participation at the annual GP conference in Australia.

In addition, you’ll:

- Contribute to the planning, organisation and implementation of international partnership activities to support the relationship management of existing and new international partnerships.
- Be the contact point for enquiries from partners, internal and external stakeholders on all RACGP international partnership associated matters and coordinate responses.
- Coordinate international meetings, follow up on the action items (create agenda, note action items, liaise with all involved to report on the action item outcomes)
- Coordinate specific initiatives or projects and play a key role supporting the delivery of RACGP international partnership objectives.
- Relationship manage a portfolio of existing international partnerships.
- Organise RACGP participation for colleagues, in accordance with relevant policy and procedures, to attend international conferences and visits to partnering colleges overseas
- Coordinate and manage the development of required marketing collaterals and international gifts and merchandise in accordance with relevant RACGP policy.
