**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Drive Success**:Achieve sales growth and exceed campaign targets while prioritizing member satisfaction.
- **Be a Trusted Advisor**:Offer general advice on life insurance products
- **Champion Relationships**:Build trust and loyalty with members through exceptional service and a consultative approach.
- **Stay Organized**:Keep the client pipeline flowing smoothly with meticulous administrative management and data accuracy.
**What You Bring to the Role**:
- **Expertise**:At least 2 years of experience in client services positions in the insurance industry, ideally with a strong knowledge of life insurance products TPD, TI, and IP products.
- **Sales Savvy**:A proven ability to drive results in a sales-driven role while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- **Exceptional Communication**:Strong verbal and written skills that help you connect with members and stakeholders alike.
- **Consultative Mindset**:You focus on understanding and meeting member needs to deliver real value.
