**Job Description**:

- Working as part of the GSS Finance (GSSF) team, you will support and execute business project and process optimisation initiatives aimed at refining and aligning the GSSF Enablement / Optimisation operating model. You will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving business value through process improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. These would include process changes, consolidation or elimination of activities, human capital deployment and optimisation (right skills in the right place), automation, reporting, system changes and augmentation, change management and training.

Some of your duties will include:

- Lead specific diagnostic analyses, to identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Systematically identify, prioritise, and manage improvement initiatives across key project areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed improvement plans encompassing process, systems, people, and management operating systems (MOS), and lead their execution to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with, and influencing, line management, other GSSF Optimisation functions, business customers, and vendors to drive process improvements and achieve optimisation goals.
- Oversee the management of project workstreams, including progress tracking, risk management, and reporting to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Facilitate the implementation of a project-based learning and improvement cycle to incorporate feedback, lessons learned, and best practices into the Optimisation operating model.

**Qualifications**:

- To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Significant demonstrated experience in a BA role
- Profound knowledge of business process management principles, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and tools (e.g., BPM software).
- Experience in strategic analysis, operational planning, and execution of business process optimisation initiatives.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of software systems relevant to business process optimisation, including data analysis tools, process modeling software, and project management platforms.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process optimisation initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, facilitate workshops, and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide project teams, drive initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement - especially with stakeholders outside of direct line reporting.
- Creative and critical thinking skills to tackle challenges, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies for process optimization.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies while maintaining a focus on value delivery.
