**About our Client**:
They are a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare industry. As the Change Management Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing change management strategies and driving adoption plans to achieve program/project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and managing a structured change and adoption strategy based on a proven change methodology for multi-stream complex programs.
- Leading change management and adoption activities, integrating them seamlessly into project and implementation plans.
- Planning and overseeing large-scale training programs, catering to different audience needs and delivering targeted training materials and policies.
- Articulating and delivering complex messages through presentations and training sessions when required.
- Providing strategic advice on proposed strategies, solutions, change success metrics, and conducting change impact analyses.
- Building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups, collaborating with change, communication, and training teams at various government levels.
- Managing program/project incidents, response, and resolution of changes to ensure continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Sharing best practice change practices and processes with internal and external agencies through lessons learned.

**Essential Requirements**:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Extensive experience in change management, with a proven record of successful complex technology or service program implementation.
- Tertiary qualifications in change management and/or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, Accelerating Implementation Methodology - AIM, APMG Change Practitioner).
- Strong project management and implementation experience, including project planning, resource coordination, reporting, and risk management.
