EMP Onsite has one clear goal; to improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of working Australians, increase workplace productivity and reduce Workers’ Compensation Insurance. They empower workers to be responsible for their own workplace physical health.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for work on site/s.

The results of the Prevention Programs are a direct result of their proven approach, & the integrated use of their proprietary wearable technology plus importantly, experienced qualified Health Professionals. Join a company, a leader in prevention programs and implement their new scanning analysis and movement sensor technologies to objectively measure movement. Your insights will deliver evidence-based, targeted programs to improve the health of workers.

**Responsibilities**

Optimise the Prevention Program. Reduce the physical risk profile of onsite workers.

Implement the programs, work with a diverse range individuals and groups; give feedback to onsite management.

Use a functional approach + technology and incorporate your movement analysis expertise to improve efficiency in workers movement patterns.

Report to your State Manager about onsite initiatives, implement projects. A collaborative approach.

**Skills and Experience**

Hold ESSA Accreditation.

Self-driven, work autonomously, set, and achieve goals, but also work in a team environment.

An outstanding communicator able to deliver health prevention messages to a wide range of stakeholders.

Capable of learning & using technology both for administration and delivery of EP programs
