Reporting to the Brand Managers for both Ladbrokes and neds, and with a dotted line to the Head of Venue Partnerships, you will work across the board with the majority of our internal depts including retail, CRM, digital & media, brand comms, product, internal design teams and legal to develop and deliver fun, engaging integrated retail focused campaigns for both the Ladbrokes and neds brands.

This role is at the coal face of interacting with our consumers, it is integral that you thrive on putting the customer first and interacting with our base of loyal consumers as we embark on a new journey into retail. It's is an opportunity to make your mark in a new landscape for Entain, leading what gold standard looks like from an Australian sports betting landscape.

The perfect fit for this role will be someone who can demonstrate: Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience, a passion for racing and sports, a natural sense of urgency, and an energetic demeanor.

**_ Location: Whilst Entain's HQ is located in Brisbane, we are happy for the right person to be located in either Brisbane or Sydney._**

**What you will do**
- Be the lead point of contact in brand marketing for the retail team - The role also acts as the key conduit between retail and marketing; managing the internal customer will be a major part of your day.
- Be the lead for all brand communication pieces required in the new retail arena, both signage and digital content, working with current brand managers for content requirements and potentially with our content team for bespoke needs.
- Developing and implementing retail campaigns with our core customers, including but not limited to large-scale events on the racing and sports calendar.
- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns with the CRM team, being the anchor point between marketing and retail.
- Working closely with the product team for web/app related needs tied to the events.
- Budget and invoice management in line with the brand managers/retail team.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in a retail consumer marketing role from a national retailer, media or fast-paced agency role on a high-volume retail client.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple simultaneously.
- A positive and pro-active mindset to seek solutions to problems and challenges, not to seek problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
