As a Service Delivery Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions to our esteemed financial services clients. - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring the successful delivery of IT consulting services and solutions within the financial services domain.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into comprehensive service delivery plans.
- Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), proactively addressing any deviations and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and consultants, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective project execution.
- Resolve service-related issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption and maintain client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance service quality, operational processes, and client experience.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing service delivery team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure individual and collective success.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager preferably within the IT consulting industry.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and technology solutions commonly used in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, with a track record of successful client engagements and customer satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing potential issues and risks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve service excellence.
- Proactive and self-driven approach, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.
