We have an exciting opportunity in the Agile Centre of Enablement team for an Agile Coach.
The Agile Coach is responsible for coaching and enabling teams and groups to allow delivery of strategic and operational Agile projects to meet organisational objectives within a hybrid of Traditional and Agile frameworks.

**What you will do**
As an integral member of the Agile Centre of Enablement team, you will:
- Play a key role in the broader implementation and adoption of agile ways of working across eHealth NSW. You will influence the engagement, processes and practices to bring agile culture and values to life. You will help eHealth NSW adopt and grow agile ways of working in the pursuit of patient and clinician focussed outcomes.
- You’ll be responsible for coaching, facilitating and enabling a change to value-stream delivery of strategic and operational Agile projects to meet organisational objectives within a hybrid of Traditional and Agile frameworks.
- You seek to take an active role in an agile coaching team that understands that traditional models of organisations are constraints, so you build and strengthen communities of continuous learning and improvement.
- We’re looking for hands on people who value progress over perfection. The ability to work in ambiguous environments and solve problems will see you succeed in the role. Your mindset and approach to uncertainty and complexity will be collaborative, customer-experience centred, with a willingness to experiment and bring challenger thinking.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Experience in coaching teams at varying levels of Agile to successful capability uplift in a large organisation.
- Proven experience in coaching and educating Agile practices at team, portfolio and Executive levels and at differing levels of organisational maturity.
