**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the HR Systems & Operations Manager, you will be a critical member of our People & Culture support team which works as a functional partner and liaison between the business, our HR Business Partners, and our HR Centres of Excellence teams. You will have a dual focus of supporting our People team from an administrative perspective whilst also providing first level frontline HR support and advice to the business.

Ideally commencing at the beginning of August 2024 this 12-month parental leave cover is available as a part time or full time role and is based at our new Fortitude Valley office with flexibility to work a mix of office and home.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have previous experience in HR Administration and have had some exposure to providing generalist support in your current or a previous role. You’ll be joining a supportive collaborative HR team in a diverse and inclusive company that truly values their people.

**Your Impact**

Work in partnership with our HR Advisor and HR Coordinator to provide administration support and assistance to the People team and wider RPS. Ensuring quality, accuracy and that deadlines are met.

These duties will include but are not limited to:

- P&C team inbox management.
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers and employee correspondence documentation.
- Employee set up process for new starters within our HRMS including completion of paperwork and notifications.
- Maintain employee data in our HRMS and coordinate this information with payroll and other departments.
- Processing employee recognition gift cards.
- Running reports from our HRMS.
- Collation and filing of employee documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries and assistance supported by the HR Advisor and HR Systems & Operations Manager.
- Participate in People team projects as requested.

You will also have
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business degree or currently under completion.
- Min 2 years’ experience in a HR administrator role with a good starting knowledge of HR policies, employment relations and best practices.
- Previous experience providing first level generalist HR support and / or advice.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
