Our core business operations include manufacturing, designing, importing, and distributing wireless communication products to radio dealer networks, Public Safety Services, the Defence Force, and Local, State, and Federal government agencies.

**Position Summary**

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the Radio Communications Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise their performance and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary to drive results.
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Work Type**:Permanent full-time position

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:15pm)

**Location**:17 Byrnes Street, Botany, Sydney, NSW, Australia

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
