Junior Property Manager

Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They deliver quality and personalised services to the client and are passionate about providing an unrivalled real estate journey. They are now looking for a Junior Property Manager to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears management
- Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections
- Leasing & Open houses (with support)
- Client relationship management
- Tribunal preparation & attendance

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Has a valued Driver’s Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
