This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic industry while working with an experienced team that is committed to excellence.


Location:
South Melbourne

Property Locations:
South Melbourne, CBD

Salary + super + incentives + car allowance

Only work a Saturday every 2-3 months

Must have:
Current Real Estate License or Representative Certificate

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and coordinate prompt resolution.
  • Assist with the preparation of lease agreements and renewals.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to property performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior property managers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to maximise profitability.
  • Stay updated about market trends, property laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights.

About You:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
