**The Role**
- Manage 100 x properties located around the Western Suburbs, CBD Fringe
- Work alongside a dedicated team assistant & inspections agent
- PCRS Outsourced
- Use of company pool car
- Assistant Property Manager looking to step up into their own portfolio or an experienced PM looking for a lesser workload
- Current PM Registration & driving license
- Have a strong passion and desire for customer service and relationship building
- Team player
