This role would operate on a 5:2/4:3 FIFO roster from Perth, paid 12 hours per day and at a competitive hourly rate.

**About The Role**
**We are seeking a talented Specialist - Site Improvement to join our inclusive and high performing operation where you will seek to identify, lead and support improvement projects across all operational areas of Mining, Mobile Maintenance, Processing and Fixed Plant Maintenance.

You will upskill everyone in problem solving skills and support the frontline and leaders to develop and sustain new ways of working. You will be hands on in implementing systematic improvement and be central to the spread of the BHP Operating System across our business.

You will utilise innovative approaches, tools, and technology to add real value to our assets - setting new standards to guide improvement activity, elevating and supporting our people. You will gain insight and training in the BOS methodology and will be expected to upskill others

**Key Responsibilities**
- Driving and promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement by embedding well-defined business tools among the frontline to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Co-create possible solutions or improvements by collaborating with front-line, supervisors and superintendents cross-site.
