Barista/all Rounder

Mudgeeraba, Australia Shack & Co Cafe Full time

Shack Café, located in Mudgeeraba is renowned for its great coffee and quality food, passionately serving the local community.

We are looking for energetic and charismatic baristas to take over our coffee machine, producing consistent and quality coffee.

**Duties Include**:

- Consistently producing quality coffee with latte art in a timely manner
- Maintenance and cleaning of the coffee machine and associated equipment
- Co-ordination of beverage orders with waitstaff to ensure that all drinks are taken out to the customer collectively
- Ordering and maintenance of stock across coffee, milk, and drink suppliers
- Setup and close-down of Café; inclusive of outdoor dining furniture
- General cleaning duties
- Other ad hoc duties

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have at least 2 years barista experience with exposure to latte art
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Experience maintaining and ordering stock

**Availability**

Shack Café is open Mon-Fri 6:30am - 2pm, and Sat-Sun 7am - 2pm.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MUDGEERABA, QLD 4213: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
