About the role
Queensland X-Ray (QXR) is seeking a full-time Radiographer to join their team and focus on MRI at practices in the Gold Coast region.

This role involves working in the Gold Coast Private Hospital's MRI department while also providing services across various private practices in the region, including General X-Ray, CT, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, MRI, BMD, Angiography, and Dentascan procedures, collaborating with Sonography and Nuclear Medical departments.

The role offers exposure to diverse modalities, opportunities for upskilling, and career advancement.

About you

  • ASMIRT Level 1 accreditation in MRI highly desirable
  • Current AHPRA Registration and QLD Radiation Use Licence or willingness to obtain
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make decisions
  • Friendly, caring, and compassionate approach
  • Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively
  • Experience as a radiographer/technologist providing high-level medical imaging services

The Gold Coast team operates on a rotating roster across practices in the region, with working hours from 7am to 11pm, including opportunities for overtime, weekend, and on-call shifts.
