Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint multiple Administration Support Officers (internally known as Project Support Officers) within the South East region. As an Administration Support Officer, you will be part of a team of Administration Support Officers that provide a range of secretarial and administrative support services to support the team.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting booking and minute taking
- Coordination of training & monitoring attendance for team
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating event bookings & travel arrangements
- Fleet management
- Routine correspondence and records management
- Systems administration and data entry

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in administrative support
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities within tight timeframes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel skills highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
