**About you**:

- Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
- Team Management: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team comprising tradespeople, apprentices, and sub-contractors.
- Positive Persona: Possess a positive and passionate personality with a strong team-oriented work ethic.
- Leadership Qualities: Showcase strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team.

**Duties**:

- Leadership: Utilise your supervisory landscape experience to lead and guide the construction team effectively.
- Expertise: Demonstrate your proficiency in building retaining walls, paving, concreting, timber works (decks & pergolas), and other softscape landscaping elements.
- Administration: Showcase your organisational skills in handling administrative aspects of landscape projects.
- Project Management: Maintain a valid driver's license and adeptly handle various aspects of project management.
- Communication: Leverage excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Focus: Pay meticulous attention to detail, consistently striving for the highest quality results.
