**The Role**

Opportunity for an experienced General Foreperson on a 25 Million Dollar Educational Project in the Northern suburbs of Sydney.

The project scope is a new learning space, admin and staff facility, and hard landscaping, which includes a sports court and playing field.

The reason this role is such a great opportunity is the experience of the builder, the systems they have in place and the support you get in delivering this project. The level of care this builder provides their staff is a testament to their long tenure.

The cherry on top is the Construction Manager who supports you; he is one of Sydney's best.

**Responsibilities**

A day in the life of this role:

- Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
- Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
- Ensuring that WHS and quality standards are adhered to on-site.
- Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.
- Representing the builder to the client and all associated stakeholders in a customer-centric approach.
- Ideally, trade qualified with a strong understanding of construction methodology.
- Proven stable work history as a General Foreperson.
- Experience across all facets of the project lifecycle - foundations, structure, facades, finishes.
- A track record in delivering multi-million dollar commercial projects.
- Be a great communicator and represent the builder to the client and all associated stakeholders in a customer-centric way.
