Nick Scali Group is growing and so we have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Claims Administrator to join our busy team in Wetherill Park. This is a full-time role, from 8:30 to 5:30 in the office.
About the job:
- Review, send, and maintain supplier claim records
- Raise replacement orders and return/adjustment credits
- Upload/edit images and information relevant to claims
- Data entry of information into the database
- Build and maintain supplier relationships
- Work collaboratively with other departments (including, service, dispatch, and warehouse) to ensure business outcomes are met
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the team
About you:
- Experience in processing suppliers’ claims and product quality
- Administration experience, ideally within the retail space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high-level attention to detail
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure and deadlines
