Job RoleYou will be working as part of the Key Accounts and Claims department, managing a portfolio of claims end-to-end. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and impressions.
- Managing claims from start to finish.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality claim management.
About You
- You will have proven administrative skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with Claims and/or SAP would be beneficial.
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills.
