**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**:
The operations team is accountable for all aspects of operational excellence within the business. You are the gatekeepers of campaign success, delivering and managing a portfolio of campaigns and clients across numerous verticals. We also act as the business’ liaison with broadcasters for the delivery of campaigns. The operations team are passionate about automation, streamlining our business, delivering exceptional campaign results and are technology experts, making advanced TV seamless for our clients.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of all client campaigns. You will develop in the organisation to be a technical superstar across all of our platforms, data integrations and systems that we work across. You will learn all about the ethos of automation and operational process, develop skills to mitigate business risk and improve the quality of service. Primarily this role will focus on:

- Support Operations team, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and client success
- Support delivery of timely weekly and end of campaign reporting
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance
- Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality

**WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**:
For our business to work, you will be required to spend time of certain areas of the business and make sure that your direct reports do the same. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
**Product**
- Perform quality assurance tasks across all activity
- Ensure confidence in the operating environment and a reputation for delivery
- Daily pacing checks on campaign performance
- Support documentation of operations workflow to drive efficiencies

**Partnership**
- Support operations managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client success
- Work with the client services and engagement team creative delivery and client reporting
- Partner with Product team on reporting issues

**People**
- Assist in hands-on support for general team deliverables as required by the business
- With a positive ‘can do’ attitude, deliver high standards of behaviour and professionalism

**Performance**:

- Support successful activation and delivery across all campaigns - on brief, on time and on budget
- Accurate quality assurance of client creatives before activation
- Accurate, usable and timely campaign reporting
- Timely delivery of assigned projects
- Support improvements to business operations and systems

**Profile**
- Develop expertise in video advertising technologies and other relevant industry trends
