Robert Half is on the lookout for a superstar Technical Consultant/PMO to join a growing technology team of great designers, engineers, content writers, marketers, and business analysts. Our Client combines their marketing talent and clever engineering to solve complex problems, add value and streamline complicated business processes.

**Position Intel**:
An exciting opportunity to join a small and dynamic team acting as technology & innovation consultants to a variety of companies focusing on digital transformations, security & compliance, integrations & Cloud migrations.

As a consultant, you will work closely with the Senior Consultant and assist in providing pre-sales support and technical delivery through Professional Services engagements.

You will gain extensive expertise in engaging in both service level and technology level discussions, and work with management and engineering resources through the entire technology life cycle.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating new solutions to solve customer business problems and needs, delivering solutions, supporting services, and technology evaluation and improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for aligning customer requirements across the entire company technology portfolio.

As a customer-facing role, you will ensure that each interaction exceeds customer expectations, and the solutions provided meet industry best practices on all counts. You will provide technical support to clients in a comprehensive, thorough, detailed, and time-sensitive manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to the sales team in a comprehensive, thorough, detailed, and time-sensitive manner.
- Ensure that all tasks are undertaken promptly and within the normal quoted hours, including sales tasks and effectively using management to sort out priorities.
- Generate detailed technical documentation in support of solution design, delivery, and support services. Create customer proposals and SOW's aligned to company standard solution architecture design process.
- Provide technical response to the customer
- Keep Management informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations. Engage in support activity to agreed SLA. Develop designs, implement, and support for company customer collaboration and networking products.
- Raise and escalate all delivery and expectations issues to management in a timely manner to ensure customer experience exceeds expectation.

**Desirable Skills**:

- IT/business qualifications, together with relevant industry experience
- Experience with presales, designing and complex solution selling to "C" level executives in a client facing role alongside engineering teams
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Strong attention to detail, personal but professional demeanour, autonomy, highly developed documentation skills and flexibility in support of their deliverables
- The role requires both onsite and remote client contact, with a focus on system sales and implementation
- Ability to conduct presales and client delivery to proposed SLA's

**Salary/Benefits**: $90,000 - $130,000 + Super
