An exciting opportunity exists to join this dynamic business for a Production and Sales Administrator. This role can be flexible with hours and days (4 days a week - or shorter working hours).

You will be responsible for the daily processing of all support documentation to ensure production and sales records are accurate, forecasting delivery dates, raising daily orders, raising purchase orders, data entry and other adhoc administration.

The ideal person for the job will come from a diverse background and be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to a Team.

**Primarily you will assume all the below responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Team; anticipating needs and solving problems
- Data entry
- Raising daily sales and production orders
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers
- Managing PO's and invoices
- Forecasting
- General Administration
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Prioritize daily workload
- Handling activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Providing general support to the General Manager

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools,
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
