THE ROLE
- Macquarie University College

is seeking to appoint a qualified and highly experienced Management and Marketing Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven teacher to enhance and extend education excellence at Macquarie University College.

Key requirements of the role including but not limited to:
- delivering lessons and workshops,- coordinating the teaching teams,- consistently monitoring student progress; identifying and following up with students at risk,- contributing to ongoing curriculum development and improvement of delivery of the College units and courses,- producing high quality assessment tasks,- preparing and revising learning and teaching resources,- administration, supervision and marking of assessments, and participation in assessment task moderation and quality assurance processes,- consultation with students and provision of academic advice & support if needed.

To Apply- A postgraduate qualification in Management and/or Marketing or related field (e.g. Master of Business Administration).- Extensive experience in teaching Management and Marketing units in tertiary settings, preferably in pathway programs.-
- Extensive experience in curriculum and assessment design, and related quality assurance processes.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to consult and liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, such as students, teaching & professional staff, and management team.-
- Ability to work both independently and co-operatively.
