**Position Status**:Ongoing appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

The Department of Vocational Education & Training Nursing Programs provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively develop and deliver curriculum, march assessments and run practical sessions, to students in Diploma of Nursing.

This is a great opportunity to transfer the knowledge you have gained through your years of practical experience to the next generation of Nurses enrolled at Holmesglen. We are seeking an experienced teacher to lead by example to some of the newer teachers who have recently join the department. The Department offers flexible working arrangements where you will be able to work from home 2 days per week once onboarding and training is complete.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A Bachelor of Nursing; and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative program design and development in the context of flexible learning environments.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative program design and development in the context of flexible learning environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills relevant to a teaching environment.
- Team player, collaborative, adaptable to any given situation and have conflict management skills.
