Coordinator Engineering Delivery required for 6 month Local Gov assignment

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Manager Engineering Services, in this role you will be responsible for the coordination of a team and the scheduling and completion of engineering projects in accordance to the city's CWP. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Project management including scheduling, programming and developing project plans
- Ensuring all projects are completed to specifications and time frames
- Liaise with government bodies, public utilities, consultants and contractors as required
- Ensuring efficient enactment of traffic management plans
- Costing and budget maintenance
- Attending to customer enquiries in relation to infrastructure CWP
- Developing and reviewing the Infrastructure Forward Works Program
- Ensuring workplace and site safety
- Monitoring the performance of employees in accordance with City's values and mission
- Managing the team in relation to all areas within role of responsibility

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Current C Class WA Driver's License
- A tertiary qualification or an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in project and contract management
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and procurement
