**About The Role**

Exciting opportunity for a **Design & Engineering Coordinator** to join our NEWest Alliance team in delivering the Yanchep Rail Extension and the Thornlie-Cockburn Link projects, as part of Perth’s METRONET.

Made up of DT Infrastructure and CPB Contractors, NEWest Alliance will work closely with the Public Transport Authority to progress the designs and construction schedule.

**This is a permanent fulltime position, office located in Perth City Centre with working from home flexibility**.

Reporting to the Design Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the design and engineering coordination process as required for delivery, commissioning, and handover phases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage various station design packs to IFC
- Oversee the close out of the conditions on the DRN’s for the Design packs that have already reached Issued For Construction (IFC) status
- Managing RFI's and FCR process with internal and external teams
- Managing the close out of the Construction & Commissioning VAMS with the SESA team
- Management of the production of the as-constructed documentation
- Assist with compiling the required documentation for the Commissioning and Construction Team

**About You**
- Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Architecture or Quantity Surveying
- Multi-discipline project experience in Building, Construction and Design
- Experience in managing the delivery of projects for contracting organisations in Australia to tight program and budget specifications
- Financial management knowledge including procedures, process and management tools
- Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
