**Responsibilities**
- Take responsibility for claim preparation engagements, emphasizing efficiency in scoping, budgeting, and execution
- Manage stakeholder expectations for optimal outcomes in insurance claim preparation and settlement
- Provide guidance in career and development planning for team members, including Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants.
- Cultivate networks to secure claim preparation engagements, contributing to the heightened profile of Aon
- Showcase specialized expertise in handling large and intricate property or business interruption claims Maintain and develop client relationships, both existing and potential

**Experience needed**
- Proven experience in a Professional Services or Loss Adjusting firm
- Expertise in preparation of large complex claim in Property or Business Interruption
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in public speaking and presentations
