**Experiential Learning Coordinator (POL 3)**

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a co-educational Catholic school providing education to over 1000 students in Melbourne’s West. The College has undergone an expansion of facilities and enrolments in recent times, with growth expected to continue. As a result, the College has re-structured all Position of Leadership roles to best cater to these growing needs.

As part of this restructuring, we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our College in the newly created role of **_Experiential Learning Coordinator._**
The Experiential Learning Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing our students' learning journey through experiential activities. Working in close collaboration with the Deputy Principal Staff & Operations, the Experiential Learning Coordinator will be responsible for providing information and guidance to teaching and support staff regarding various experiential learning opportunities, excursions, and incursions for our students, ensuring a high level of consistency and communication for all events.

The Experiential Learning Coordinator will actively participate in the implementation of the College Vision and Mission Statement and be guided by the College motto of Live Fully Act Justly.The successful applicant will hold a Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration and will have demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.

The position will commence at the beginning of the 2024 school year (25 January 2024) and will hold a full-time ongoing teaching role on appointment, with a leadership tenure of 3 years.
