About Us :

Centred Solutions is a growing consultancy business and we need to engage an experienced Consultant / Analyst to support us in organising, driving and delivering our projects. Because we are a small consultancy, we offer direct exposure across multiple sectors, and the ability to be part of a team working at the grass roots level.

Centred Solutions was founded in 2021 by Alice Springs based consultants Fionn Griffin and Mark Coffey. Fionn and Mark saw an opportunity in their individual consulting firms, Remote Strategy Plus and Mark Coffey Consulting, to form a partnership and established Centred Solutions to:

  • leverage Directors’ expertise in our value offering to market
  • enable the company to undertake large projects that couldn’t be done individually
  • provide clients with greater level of service offering with our combined skills, experience and expertise.

We are passionate professionals with longstanding and well-established relationships and commitment to working across Central Australia and the Northern Territory. We have extensive networks across multiple sectors to draw from in the delivery of our projects. We bring a deep understanding, professionalism and pragmatism to each project, always looking to deliver long term and achievable outcomes for our clients.

About You :

About the role

You will be required to liaise with Company Directors, build strong stakeholder relationships, review complex information and data sets, design and plan projects and work with an experienced team to undertake tasks and manage risks. You will have exceptional organisational skills and a positive attitude, and be able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Experience in private, government and / or non-profit sectors will be highly regarded, but if our Consultant / Analyst doesn't have all of this experience, then they must have a deep interest in supporting and delivering strategic projects across the remote context, and a willingness to learn. The Consultant / Analyst will be creative and have an eye for detail, whilst adapting to working with multiple clients, across multiple sectors.

The Consultant / Analyst will be a strong writer and be able to produce well-structured communication, analyse data and information and produce structured reports in a timely manner. They will be comfortable using a variety of business systems and project management tools, including Xero, Xero Projects, Smartsheet, HappyHR (HRMS), Microsoft Office, Slido and many more - part of our business focus is ensuring quality engagement, creative approaches outputs and record keeping across every project we deliver - new ideas and innovations are always welcome.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience working in a professional role in private, government and / or non-profit sector, or a keen interest in working across these sectors
  • An understanding of the issues affecting people living in the remote context, or a keen interest to learn
  • The ability to maintain neutrality, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Proven working experience as a business analyst, project officer or similar
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn and understand other related project management softwares, including Xero, Xero Projects, Smartsheet, Slido and much more

Job Responsibility :

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Be professional, creative and collaborative from conception, design and delivery
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, managing these transparently internally, and involving all relevant stakeholders in appropriate ways
  • Produce professional documents with exceptional writing skills, including reports, plans and notes
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement project plans to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Maintain open communication with Company Directors at all times across all projects
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
