The role is responsible for effective management of the regional team and customer base to deliver business strategy.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Deliver budgeted sales revenue, asp, margin, EBIT DSO and cash flow targets
- Implement strategic sales, marketing plans and customer account plans, competitor and market analysis
- Develop and manage critical business growth opportunities and strategic customer relationships
- Complex negotiations at senior management level
- Lead Strategic initiatives across M&I
- Maintain and grow channels to market
- Lead and coach team members for performance
- Be a leader of WHSE
**Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications**:
- A collaborative leader, comfortable working within the Senior Leadership Team and actively engaging with the Executive Leadership Team.
- Experienced Senior Leader
- Nimble and innovative, able to respond swiftly to market conditions.
- Utilised sales/ business technology such as CRM, COM, IBP.
- Have driven tangible change programmes.
- P&L responsibility and financial accountability for significant revenues, eg, at least $150+ million
- Managed large / diverse teams across multiple sites
