**The Role**
As the Maintenance Manger you will manage the Maintenance Capability for JLU(V)-H at Derwent Barracks, providing maintenance support to all Defence Material in Tasmania. You will oversee the contracted maintenance capability and compliance to the contract, manage the maintenance budget, enforce technical regulatory requirements and supervise other Commonwealth maintenance staff.
You will need to maintain a holistic view of all competing maintenance priorities, develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, local ADF units, equipment managers and Technical Support Agencies (Trade Repair Organisations) to maintain ADF capability in Tasmania. You will also support the Site Commander in site management and capability planning and be prepared to represent JLU(V)-H at local level management meetings and to HQ as required.
