We have an opening for a UX/UI Designer to join our team on a 12-month parental leave replacement contract commencing February. Geelong based + hybrid working.

**About the role**

Within this role you’ll be responsible for improving the overall digital experience of our members and prospects, through solutions based on insightful user research, well executed design thinking methods and user interface skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, insights and analytics, content specialists and product to innovate and meet business and customer needs while maintaining industry standards and best practice. Your role is crucial for to enhance and improve the overall digital experience of our customers.

**About you**
- Tertiary Qualification within a related discipline, i.e. marketing, UX design.
- Experience in similar role with a proven track record in UX/UI design and/or digital experience.
- A passion and successful track record in the development of digital strategies aimed at enhancing member experience and retention.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the digital experience with knowledge of digital design, UX design, content writing and content management
- High level experience in using Figma and the Adobe Creative suite

Highly desirable
- Private Health Insurance, financial services or relevant industry knowledge.
- Graphic design or copywriting background.
- Excellent understanding of Human Centred Design practices.
