**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Qualified Mechanic (or dual trade Mechanic/Electrician) for an immediate start to provide technical support, fault finding, repair and maintenance services to a range of Elevating work platforms, Telehandlers, Material Lifts and associated equipment. and related equipment. This role will be workshop based in Dandenong South; the pay rate will be Dayshift $45=55 pending on Experience and Qualifications + Pen+ Super.

**What will you do?**
- Deliver schedule servicing and inspections of plant and equipment including but not limited to
- Hydraulics
- re-builds
- Pneumatics
- Electrical
- Carry out mechanical repairs and service works and perform specific machining tasks where required.
- Maintain effective communications with all internal and external customers.
- Complete all relevant documentation as required.

**What we need you to have**:

- A proven commitment to safety and complying with safe systems of work.
- Suitable Automotive Trade qualification.
- Experience with maintaining earthmoving plant or heavy automotive equipment is essential.
- Experience with Elevating work platforms, Telehandlers, Material Lifts and associated equipment. preferred but not essential.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to problem solve routine issues.
