We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Training Administrator** to join our Learning & Development team, on a fulltime basis. Reporting to the L&D Lead, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Play an integral role in shaping the learning and development culture at NRW moving forward.
**To be considered for this position as a** **Training Administrator you must possess the following as a minimum**:

- Previous administration experience within the HR function or Training function
- Previous experience in co-ordinating internal training programs
- LMS or HRIS system experience is desirable
- Strong excel skills
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be proactive and a driven self-starter, with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved and work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused
- Available to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

**As a Training Administrator**, **you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Co-ordinating all L&D training inquires, requests & record management
- Co-ordinating our internal Leadership Training Program
- Organising of the annual Graduate Networking event
- Generating accurate L&D activity reports & training gap analysis reports
- Managing the L&D Microsoft Bookings Calendar
- Managing and participating in HR and L&D related projects, as allocated
