- **Create and implement all operational plans to achieve our customer promise.
**About the Opportunity:
As the Outbound Manager, your role will be to lead order fulfilment and picking execution at the Langtons fine wine warehouse. Foster and develop a positive culture that expires Growth and development opportunities for a team of 35 people.

**A day in the life of an Outbound Manager at Endeavour
- Manage the day to day operational performance and outcomes for fulfilment activities.
- Be a proactive communicator and develop partner action plans to improve key outcome and KPIs
- Manage the cost fulfilment operation to deliver on budgeted picking results.
- Manage the stakeholder relationship including the internal brands for all fulfilment and warehouse operations.
- Be the key contact for delivery business for Langtons outbound order process.
- Work with the Delivery and fulfilment manager to execute the strategic evolution of our Langtons fulfilment strategy.
- Ensure completion of future planning and ordering of required upcoming SKUs and BOM components.
- Manage the SOH volume and productivity in the Warehouse environment in reducing cost to pick and LTTI.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
- Understand volume forecast projections and ensure business partners and teams are aligned and planned to execute our customer commitments
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our staff, contractors and customers.
- Be a connected team member of the supply Chain team, share experiences, grow relationships, and find opportunities to explore synergies and work end to end as one team and one business.

**What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient with with fulfilment and transport operating system-Paperless
- Proficient with MS Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Tableau /Power Bi/Data Studio - Desired
- A strong commercial mindset that can understand business priorities and complexities and identify opportunities for future growth.
